Terms and Conditions of Membership for Immersive Sweden

On membership

Membership of Immersive Sweden is administered by Epicenter and gives the member access to the benefits, activities, offers and opportunities included in the chosen membership level at any given time.

Immersive Sweden is a national meeting place for actors within Immersive Intelligence. Membership aims to strengthen visibility, knowledge sharing, collaboration and development within the ecosystem.

Current membership levels, prices and benefits are presented on the website and may evolve over time to meet the needs of the ecosystem.

Common principles for cooperation

The ecosystem first

Immersive Sweden appears to be a neutral arena where activities, communication and initiatives are designed with the goal of creating value for the ecosystem as a whole.

Brand Usage

Members are entitled to use Immersive Sweden's membership badge or logo to indicate their membership, in accordance with current graphic guidelines.

Content and communication

Immersive Sweden reserves the right to decide on the publication, prioritisation and design of content in its own channels. The assessment will be based on relevance, quality, timeliness and user value for the ecosystem.

Membership period and renewal

The membership is valid for the membership period specified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, membership automatically renews at the end of the membership period via recurring payment from the selected payment method.

The member is responsible for cancelling their membership before the next renewal period if they do not wish for it to continue.

Payment

The membership fee is paid in advance.

In the event of non-payment, Epicenter has the right to restrict or terminate access to membership benefits until full payment is received.

Paid membership fees are not refundable except when mandatory legislation requires it.

Membership benefits

Membership provides access to the benefits that are communicated from time to time for each membership level.

Benefits may include visibility through Immersive Sweden's channels, participation in activities and member dialogues, access to knowledge and resources, offers linked to Immersive North, opportunities to initiate activities, and other initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem.

Immersive Sweden reserves the right to develop, adjust or replace individual member benefits during the membership period, provided that the overall purpose and value of the membership are maintained.

Immersive North

Tickets, exhibition spaces, and other offers related to Immersive North are awarded according to the terms and conditions communicated for each membership level.

Exhibition spaces will be allocated based on available capacity, submitted information, and the ambition to create a relevant and cohesive experience for participants.

Immersive Sweden finally decides on the location, scope, and design of exhibition spaces.

Networking, visibility and collaboration

Immersive Sweden works to create visibility, knowledge exchange, dialogue and opportunities for collaboration between actors within the ecosystem.

Immersive Sweden provides no guarantees regarding business results, funding, investments, collaborations, sales, exposure, or any other specific outcomes that may arise from membership or participation in activities.

Member information and materials

The member is responsible for ensuring that information, contact details, logos, images, texts, and other material submitted to Immersive Sweden are accurate, and that the member has the right to use and share the material.

The member grants Epicenter and Immersive Sweden the right to use submitted material for the purpose of administering the membership, highlighting the member, and marketing the network and its activities.

Conduct and Exclusion

Epicenter reserves the right to pause or terminate a membership if the member violates the law, acts in a manner that risks harming the network, or uses Immersive Sweden's platforms and activities inappropriately.

There will be no refund of the membership fee in the event of such termination.

Disclaimer

Epicenter shall not be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of exposure, loss of participation or other indirect damages connected to the membership or its benefits.

Epicenter's total liability is in all circumstances limited to the amount paid by the member for the membership during the current membership period.

Changes to terms of membership

Epicenter has the right to update these terms and conditions.

The version that applies at the time of purchase or renewal is published on the website.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Immersive Sweden's Privacy policy.
